Q: Which car is nicer? 2009 Dodge Challenger, 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, or a 2009 Ford Mustang?
A: Challenger is nicer.
Don't listen to C7S, you can get the Challenger with a manual transmission, just check dodge's website. You couldn't get a manual transmission in 2008 though, but you specifically asked about the 2009 model.
Q: 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 vs 2010 Chevy Camaro SS?
I have been looking closely at these two cars and it is a very hard choice to pick one. So which one do you think is better
Another one hard to not want is the 2010 Ford Mustang
A: 2009 Dodge Challenger. Has to be Black. WOW, those are some beautiful cars. Reminds me of "Barry Newman" in "Vanishing Point"
Good luck on your decision.
Q: When is the 2010 Challenger released.?
Is there any plans or unavailing of a new dodge challenger for 2010. If there would be one would i have to wait til the car show to see if there is a new 2010 model, and how soon on the market will they be.
As much as i would like the camaro i cant afford it. And if daimler chrysler does go out of business doesent mean the car is going to stop working. I was just wondering if the car would be cheaper or more fuel efficient. Im talking about the SE for the record.
A: 2010 Challengers will come out in the Fall of this year.
As far as I know they have planned no significant changes, The car just came out as a '08 model for crying out loud.
Some of the posters said that you shouldn't buy a Challenger cause Dodge might fail. And to buy a Camaro instead? GM is promising every month that they need more money from the government or they will go under.
And that one poster that said that the companies won't go bankrupt only downsize. Oh really. Tell me what happened to Montgomery Ward (a department store that went under in the 90's) and to Mervyn's now. They are going under too.
Buy the car. The car companies are in trouble but if everyone steers clear of them and doesn't buy anything from them out of fear, then that only guarantees that they do go under. What they need is people buying domestic models. Buy a Charger, a Focus, a Impala. Help out the companies. So many jobs are on the line. Plus, if the domestics were to get out of the picture, I can almost guarantee that the imports would raise their prices due to lack of competition, or a reduction in the number of competitors, especially the Japanese makes. All of them would raise prices together, cause not everyone can afford a BMW or a Ferrari. Know what I mean?
Q: which car would you choose if you had to?

A: 2010 Shelby GT500, FTW! 540hp that's awesome dude. It looks very menacing.
Q: 2010 mustang or 2009 Challenger (based on features)?
I asked a question pertaining to this yesterday, but today my question is, based on Features on the vehicles which would you choose? I know the mustang has ambient lighting, more color options of seats and a nice navigation screen featuring ford sync. Dodge has navigation, nice seating, but no color choices. They also have a Convenience package and ambient lighting sort of as well. I like the appearance of both, but based on features (NOT HOW FAST ONE IS OR HOW MUCH MORE HORSPOWER ONE HAS THAN THE OTHER.) I just simply want to know which one would you choose "features" wise?!?!
A: The features on the mustang are way better. color and appearance packages are much more numerous, and I think Ford's SYNC system is pretty trick. Plus it's cheaper.....
Q: first car. dodge or chevy?
Dad and I made a deal.
i could have any car i wanted for under 30,000 if i got a 30 or higher on the ACT.
i have a 4.300 gpa so its definitely possible.
i've picked out two.
2010 Chevrolet camaro 2SS (w/the 6.2L V8)
or...
2009 Dodge Challenger R/T.
with the options both are about 36,000. I'll just pay the six thousand. But which is the better car.
based on looks, feel, handeling, and accelleration.
(both have over 22 mpg so i'm not worried about that.)
suggestions and comments please.
actually. he said reasonably priced. but his car is almost 30,000.
my dad ain't rich. just frugal the rest of the time so we can buy these things.
A: Um, is this even a question? Have you researched these two cars - the R/T will be royally spanked by the Camaro SS, it isn't a contest. Get the SS in a manual. A more correct comparison would be the srt8 with the camaro ss.
By the way I scored 31 on my ACT back when and my dad took me to golden corral, your family is loaded.

A: According to most car magazines (I've never driven either car, nor has anyone probably driven the '10 Camaro since it's not out yet...) the Challenger is fairly "soft" for a performance car in terms of suspension tuning, steering ratio etc.,.
The Camaro is supposedly going to be tuned more for "hard" driving from a suspension standpoint. The Camaro is also smaller, lighter and the SS Camaro should have quite a bit more HP than a Challenger R/T if you're comparing the two head-to-head (the SRT-8 Challenger is the one with comparable power to the SS Camaro, not the Challenger R/T.)
In terms of looks, styling is totally subjective. You like what you like there.
Good luck getting that 30! Some friendly advice from past experience - study specifically for the test and don't just rely on overall knowledge or GPA to get a good score. Take whatever classes are available to prepare you for the ACT too - they give great tips on what to focus on study-wise and what not to waste your time on. Getting a high score on the ACT is more about being a great test taker and being prepared to take that specific test than about GPA from what I found.

A: Those are both awesome cars.
From my standpoint on cars i would go with the challenger but thats just me.
The camaros 6.2L is a beast. Nothing would touch you in that thing.
Its up to you though.
